Thank you for starting the application process. We recognize that this process may take a bit of your time, but please know that we wish to gather as much information as possible to make the best admissions decision for your child. For administrative purposes, please refrain from using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS when completing the forms.

Please note that you will be asked to upload:
- passport photo of student
- passport photos of parents
- passport ID page of student
- passport ID pages of parents

You can save each page of the application form and return to it at any time, however, once you have completed all pages of the application form and pressed the Submit button on the last page, you will not be able to return and edit any portion of the application form. Upon submission of the application form, you will be directed to the “checklist” relevant to the applicant. As always, if you have questions about the application process, the Admissions Office is happy to help

The photo must be in the JPG, GIF, or PNG file format , no larger than 800 KB in size. (For best results, the largest dimension (height or width) of the photo should be 300 pixels or less.)

First day of school for Semester One of the 2020-2021 academic year is 4 August 2020. First day of school for Semester Two of the 2020-2021 academic year is 11 January 2021. If your child’s expected start date is at another time of the year, please indicate an estimated date.

Who will the applicant be residing with?

The student must reside with the guardian. The guardian is required to work in partnership with the school (monitor the student’s attendance and inform the school if the student is absent, meet with teachers and counselors when required, etc.). He/she is responsible to notify the appropriate divisional office(s) should the guardianship arrangement be changed or terminated. If the guardianship policy is not met, the student(s) may be asked to leave school.
